  • Original payment voucher from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account, stamped by the bank who made the transaction.
  • Original money receipt voucher from the seller stamped by the bank.
  • A valid real estate evaluation report (Usually valid for 3 months)
  • A copy of the passport translated and certified by the notary.
  • A copy of a procuration organized by the notary for the lawyers charged in applying for the Turkish citizenship in the official departments on behalf of the client.
  • In case the client applying for the Turkish citizenship with his spouse, its recommended to submit a shared procuration for the husband and wife, instead of submitting an individual procuration for each.
  • 4 images and it is preferred to be taken in Turkey.

Note:

The real estate evaluation must match the amount transferred to the seller and registered in the title deed, the real estate evaluation is issued within a maximum of 3 days by experts accredited by the Turkish state.

  • Documents required to the investor’s family members

As mentioned earlier, the investor’s family have the right to obtain the Turkish citizensip with all its advantages as long as they are below the age of 18.

The documents required for the family members who has the right to obtain the Turkish citizenship in 2022 are as follows:

  • Turkish citizenship application filled for all the applicants (spouse and children)
  • A copy of the passport translated and certified by the notary for all the applicants.
  • Civil status document (married or single) translated and certified.
  • Marriage contract translated and certified by the notary.
  • Family book translated and certified by the notary.
  • Birth certificates translated and certified by the notary.
  • Recent pictures preferred to be taken in Turkey if possible.

Note:

In the event that the wife does not apply for Turkish citizenship in 2022, that is, in the event of her divorce, the father have the right to apply to his children under the age of 18 only after the mother’s approval.

Regarding the certification of the documents mentioned above, it should only be exclusively certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the investor's country and the Turkish International Representation in the country where the documents were issued (embassy or consulate).

In the event that the investor is unable to certify the documents in his home country, he can certify them at his country's embassy in Turkey, translate and certify them at the notary in Turkey to be signed by the governor.
